Bio

My career in Higher Education began in 2008 at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL. I left the corporate world looking for a career path that meant something to me, and I wanted to further my education at a discount. After Northwestern, I moved to Denver where I enrolled in the University of Denver's Library & Information Sciences graduate program. At the University of Denver, I worked in the Law School's library and worked as a GA, and found a passion for research and teaching. After obtaining my MLIS, I worked as a Reference Librarian at Grand Canyon University, where I helped undergraduate, graduate, and faculty with research and taught information literacy. I left Arizona to be closer to family and found myself in Boise, ID. Librarian jobs in Higher Ed are extremely hard to come by-- and hard to get, so I found myself in yet another career in Higher Ed. I started in the Registrar's office at Boise State, and eventually found my way to my current job. I currently work in the Project Management Office in the Office of Information Technology. Until recently, I primarily worked on Campus Solutions projects. Now, my main area of focus is the implementation of Salesforce Education Cloud CRM and Marketing Cloud.
