I have served as a systems analyst, supporting the office of financial aid at the University of Michigan for nearly 10 years. Prior to becoming an analyst I worked in financial aid for 6 years in customer support roles.
I attended my first HEUG conference in 2025, but I have actively participated for many years prior to that. The HEUG community is filled with incredibly talented folks who share their knowledge with each other to the benefit of the greater community. I am thankful for the many ideas and helpful contributions I have witnessed in this group.
