My name is Paula Hamaty and I am an Associate Registrar at Penn State University. I have over 20 years of higher education experience, all within the Registrar’s Office. My focus is supporting student success through the use of our university systems.
In my current position, I oversee the degree audit, athletic eligibility and systems within the Registrar’s Office. Systems such as PeopleSoft have an important impact on student success from matriculation through graduation.
Continuous improvement at Penn State is imperative and continuing to move forward with technology and data management is vital to student success. I assist to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of registrar services at Penn State using the technology and data by working closely with our Development and Maintenance Office.
