I have been working with PeopleSoft systems at the University of Michigan since 1998. I started focusing on the HCM system in 2004. I am very passionate about using technology to assist people in supporting the mission of the University. The PeopleSoft platform has allowed me to help automate numerous manual business processes. I enjoy working directly with the business owners to help them understand the full potential of the system.
I am constantly looking at ways to adopt new enhancements. I am very excited with the work that is being done in updating the user interface. The fluid navigation has been very well received across our organization. We were able to simplify the way our user access their information and give them more flexibility without making modifications. We are currently working on adopting more of the fluid UI. I am happy to be a part of an amazing team that gets to lead this charge for the University of Michigan.
I enjoy participating in HEUG user forums and Oracle customer groups. I have presented at several Alliance conferences.
For fun I enjoy anything related to aviation. I have over 4800 skydives and fly parachute teams at airshows all over the country.
