I have over thirty years of experience in higher education settings – collaborating with faculty and staff colleagues to improve processes and practices, all with an eye to serving students and helping them achieve their goals. My first engagement with Campus Solutions and the HEUG was in 2009, when serving as a co-functional lead for Student Records at Ohio University as they implemented 9.0. Now, at Michigan State University, I am the director of a SIS Operations team.
Charged with improving MSU's use of Campus Solutions and SFP, this operations team collaborates with home office staff, a broad group of IT partners, and other key campus partners. We work continually to review, prioritize, and improve processes, expand knowledge and capacity in our technical and functional ranks, and help the end users in their day-to-day use of the systems.
