I am currently the Admissions Lead on the Student Technology Solutions team at The Ohio State University, managing a team of five analysts as we work to modernize our systems and processes. We currently use PeopleSoft CS for admissions processing, and Salesforce for recruiting.
I served as the Cross Functional lead on our Enterprise Project at Ohio State, responsible for managing collaboration across the university and Health Systems. We implemented Workday HCM and Finance in January 2021. Prior to that, we had PeopleSoft HCM and CS, and we utilized IIU to keep them in sync. With the move to Workday for HR and Finance, we needed to continue to maintain data and business process continuity with PeopleSoft CS.
I worked for Santa Clara University when we were a beta partner, implementing PeopleSoft Student Administration in 1996. I then went into consulting, working for IBM; PeopleSoft; and Io Consulting (as well as some time spent as an independent consultant). As a consultant, I worked with many different colleges and universities, including Ohio State; New York University; UC Santa Cruz; University of Cape Town; University of Connecticut; Bryn Mawr College; Duke University; and University of Central Florida.
