With over 25 years of dedicated experience in Project Management, Software Development, Business Analysis, Database Administration, Data Analysis, and System Administration, I have had the privilege of contributing to various areas of technology-driven initiatives.
Throughout my journey, I have gained valuable insights through involvement in both Functional and Technical projects, where I have actively participated in High-Level Solution Design, Functional Design, Configuration Management, Build, Test Strategies & Test Plans, Defect Management, as well as Project Tracking and so on.
I am grateful to have been recognized for my contributions through several prestigious awards, including the NCS Difference Quality Award (2006) from NCS, the Singtel Certificate of Excellence Award (2007) from Singtel, the PA Star Trainer Special Award (2015) from People's Association, and the Distinguished Toastmaster (2018) recognition from Toastmasters International. Additionally, I was honored to receive the SUSS 10th Year Service Award (2019) from the Singapore University of Social Science and the Best Student Award (2022) for Specialist Diploma in Social Media Marketing and Online Content Creation from the Singapore Media Academy (SMA).
