An accomplished professional with 14 years of experience at the University of Texas System, where I currently serve as the Functional Module Lead for Time and Labor and also SME for Absence, Global and North American payroll and Benefits, With a robust background in third-party integrations, I have extensive expertise working with solutions such as TCP, UKG Kronos, and TimeSheet X. My deep understanding of time and labor management processes enables me to effectively streamline and optimize workforce management for large-scale institutions.
As a forward-thinking professional, I am committed to continuous learning and development, ensuring that I stay at the forefront of industry trends in workforce management and systems integration. As an active participant in the Higher Education User Group (HEUG), I collaborate with other higher education institutions to share best practices and drive improvements in systems integration and workforce management.
