I started my financial aid career as a Counselor at Cornell University in Ithaca NY in 2011 and have since slowly transitioned from front office to processing and development of automated business processing at the University of Colorado Boulder. I have an undergraduate education in Computer Science and a Graduate degree in Higher Education Administration. I enjoy finding practical technical solutions to complex business processes and end user tasks.
