I currently serve as the Director of Student Financial Services at California State University San Marcos. With over 25 years of higher education and PeopleSoft experience, including Student Financials, Student Records, and Campus Community (serving in roles varying from end-user to functional lead, to project manager), I have a passion for improving processes, people, and service. I particularly enjoy finding delivered-PeopleSoft solutions for unique business needs (where at first it may seem impossible!). Being able to speak different languages (from a PeopleSoft perspective) is important to me, as it helps build relationships across functional and technical groups. One thing I've found important throughout my PeopleSoft journey, is that it's nearly impossible to know everything! With that in mind, I enjoy being on both ends of knowledge - learning and sharing.
