Ravneet’s current focus is helping the University of Arizona evolve from being a data rich organization to an insights driven organization. Ravneet is working to build stronger data culture within the organization, leading efforts around data governance, data privacy and data science.
Under Ravneet’s leadership, UAIR is responsible for developing and maintaining data assets that support both operational and strategic efforts, as well as planning and policy-making processes within the institution. UAIR also developed and maintains the institution’s Interactive Fact Book, conducts specialized student and faculty studies, supports peer analyses and is responsible for federal and state institutional reporting.
