I’m an IT leader with over 20 years of experience helping organizations navigate complex technology changes and large-scale system implementations. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work across both corporate and higher education environments, which has given me a strong perspective on how technology can truly support people, not just processes.
Currently, I work at Rutgers University, where I lead initiatives around Oracle Cloud ERP. My role is a mix of strategy, problem-solving, and collaboration—working closely with different teams to make sure technology solutions actually meet real business needs and make day-to-day operations smoother.
I enjoy bringing structure to complex projects, whether that’s managing large budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, or guiding projects from idea to full implementation. Earlier in my career, I worked on major M&A integrations and enterprise system rollouts, which taught me how to stay adaptable and focused even in fast-moving environments.
I have a Master’s in Computer Science and I’m PMP certified, but honestly, I enjoy the people side of the work just as much as the technical side—building teams, collaborating, and getting things done together.
