Gary has worked in information technology for over 28 years and serves as Vice President, Business Applications at Hackensack Meridian Health in New Jersey for the past 6 years. Gary joined Hackensack Meridian Health in November 2011 having previously worked at Englewood Hospital and Medical Center in Englewood for over 25 years.
An experienced IT Technical and Management professional, reporting to the CIO, overseeing and coordinate the planning, budget and development of applications. Experience in the selection, acquisition, implementation and development of solutions for the Intranet/Internet, Oracle and SQL databases, and Business, Financial and Application Systems. Gary has served on the NJSIM Board and NJHIMSS Executive Board, serving as treasurer for two years.
Gary was born and raised in New Jersey with his four children and three rescue dogs Sophie, Ava and Piper. He served over 25 years as an active firefighter of the River Edge Volunteer Fire Department Company 2, where he has been the President of Company 2 for the past 10 years.
Gary enjoys playing golf, vegetable gardening, coaching softball and baseball and is an avid sports fan.
