I've spent my career utilizing technology and looking for ways to incorporate technology systems into business processes to streamline the user experience.
As a HRIS Business Analyst with the University of Wisconsin System Administration Office, I was a part of the following modules: Payroll, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition Management (TAM), and Finance. During my 5 years as a B.A. with UWSA, numerous initiatives were implemented to enhance the user experience, while also building upon numerous efficiencies to save staff time and money.
Within Campus Solutions, I have served as a Senior Business Analyst with the University of Wisconsin - Madison's Student Information System, where I helped lead the Financial Aid team through testing as we upgraded from 9.0 to 9.2.
In my current role of Systems Information Technology Manager, I continue to explore new functionality, while keeping an eye on current business processes, to look for ways to best utilize new tools and frameworks. Additionally, I oversee technology projects, security, and collaborate with stakeholders across campus.
