A little bit about me. I currently work at the University of Houston-Clear Lake as the Associate Director of Admissions, Campus Visits. In my current role I oversee the Admissions Front lobby, Admissions Phone lines, Campus Tours, and all large scale admissions events. Being that I handle a little bit of everything I am a frequent user of both Peoplesoft as well as our CRM. I am often the go to person on how to get CRM to run and operate and actually have presented in the past at our UH System Student Affairs and Enrollment Service conference on CRM as well as the incorporation of external software such as Mongoose and Visit Days to support our current CRM.
I am currently pursuing an Educational Leadership Ed.D. I have a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies. I value higher education and the doors it opens for those with education. I have worked at the University of Houston-Clear Lake since October 2013, having moved from facilities to Admissions in 2016, where I have worked ever since. I am focused primarily on the constituent experience.
