I deliver results through teamwork and continuous process improvement. I have experience in project management, resource management, software development, and automated testing. For the past 5 years I have worked in Boise State's Office of Continuous Improvement overseeing and managing projects and testing. Before that, I spent 18 years in software development in the payments industry as a developer, team lead, production support specialist, resource manager, risk coordinator, and project manager.
With a background in fine art, I bring creativity and a fresh perspective to problem solving. As a servant leader I provide team members with the tools they need to succeed, the opportunities do their best work, and the encouragement to help others.
