I first started working on Peoplesoft HCM as an end user in 1997 when Datatec Ltd acquired the software. During my time at Datatec I assisted Visions Consulting with testing of ZAF based functionality and also the development of a Share option scheme functionality. In 2004 I joined Group 5 Construction who implemented Peoplesoft HCM in South Africa and the Middle East, as part of the implementation team as a Business Analyst. In 2007 I joined the University of Pretoria's implementation team as a Business Analyst.
Currently at the University of Pretoria, I am a senior Business Analyst on PS HCM and is responsible for new implementations, upgrades, support, training, reporting, and innovation.
