Hi everyone, I'm Carmina Vasquez, a Business Systems Analyst at San Diego Community College District, where I specialize in PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. I have over a decade of experience in public sector HR operations, HRIS management, onboarding, benefits, payroll, and employee engagement.
Outside of work, I'm a music lover, an avid tap dancer, and a proud cat mom. I believe that creativity, energy, and a sense of fun are just as important in our work as they are in life. I'm excited to keep growing, sharing, and connecting with fellow HEUG members!
