I hold a Master's degree in Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence from Liverpool John Moores University. Additionally, I am proficient in AWS Cloud technologies, holding the AWS Cloud Practitioner certification, which reflects my commitment to staying updated with the latest advancements in cloud computing.
Professionally, I have held key roles in renowned organizations such as the United Nations ESCAP and Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC). At the United Nations ESCAP, I led a team of 25 members, spearheading initiatives to enhance recruitment processes, integrate systems, and implement advanced technologies like machine learning and natural language processing in HR systems.
In my current role at Florida State University, I have been instrumental in automating processes such as pay cycle automation, PO rollover automation, and implementing Kibana and fluid pages, thereby driving innovation in ERP systems. My ability to quickly grasp new concepts and convert business requirements into technical designs has been invaluable in the success of various projects.
Outside of my core responsibilities, I am passionate about sharing knowledge and insights with the community. I recently presented a session on "An Hands-on Introduction to Generative AI" at ITS Seminole Showcase 2024, where I shared practical insights and applications of generative AI technology. I have also presented at Alliance 2024 on topics such as "PO Rollover Automation Process". I have also presented at RECONNECT2023 on "Robotic Process Automation in PeopleSoft" and "Kibana Analytics" contributing to the collective learning and growth within the industry.
